17 months!!! WOW!!!

Love this happy boy! We are so blessed to be his parents!!! He is the light of our lives!
Isn't he such a little doll!

WOW!!! Am I really writing a 17 month update??!!

Here is what our little man is up to:

starting to connect words, so cute!!!
loves giving kisses, will kiss my arms, my neck, my belly, my hands....so cute!!! kisses after kisses! melts my heart
jumper-now thinks it is so fun to climb on the coffee table and dive on to the couch...ahhhh scared his mommy the first time he did this (yesterday, he dove from the side table onto Q while he dozed off...definitely a surprising awakening for Q...funny!!!)
loves to dance, he will shake that booty, move those legs, and clap....so cute!
he is still loving swimming and is quite the little fish! loves going under the water and splashing...and jumping off the edge of the pool....last week, went in before I could get his clothes off and got soaked. (luckily it was the one day I packed an extra set of clothes)
LOVES playing with his cousins...thinks they are super cool, and since he doesn't steal Koltons toys any more (HA!), Kolton likes playing with him too! They are going to grow up to be double trouble!
loves playing with his buddies...most of them are a year or two older, so he thinks it is pretty cool to be one of the "big boys"
his new favorite snack is dill pickles...still loves his puffcorn and popcorn, but he loves him some pickles
instead of handing an object to you, he likes to chunk it...which makes me laugh...but you better duck first (just heard he chunked a ball at Grandpa Terry while he was snoozing...sorry Terry, but I can't help but laugh a little)
loves his daddy!! he gets sooo excited when daddy comes home from work every day, jumps up and runs to the door as soon as he hears the garage door open and then starts screaming and banging on the door as soon as he hears the back door open. Those two are pretty much in love with each other!!! Two of a kind, that's for sure!!!
Such an independent little man!
At swim lessons, he wants to swim on his own instead of hanging on the swim mat, and smiles as I grab him from underneath the water!
Also LOVES to jump from the side, even when I am not there HA!
He has a shaggy little mop on his head now, and it is getting lighter and lighter as time goes on, with a tint of red....we will see what color it ends up! I would have bet it was going to be dark like his daddy's!
So funny to hear Q describe Griffin...sounds like he is describing himself!

We are such a lucky Mommy and Daddy to have such a wonderful little boy!!!
