Baby Shower!

This past weekend a few of my girlfriends and their mothers threw me a baby shower in Texas! It was so much fun getting to visit with everyone! They had the cutest sock monkey cake and cookies as well! Our little man got so many cute outfits and fun baby stuff! Thank you Kathy for making the drive with me! We not only had tons of fun at the baby shower, but filled in our time with several shopping trips and relaxing in the pool!

Goin' to the Chapel!!!

One of my very best friends, Kim got married last month in Texas to her fiance Rick, so Q and I made the trip down, it was a beautiful wedding along with a beautiful bride! I am still not sure how I squeezed in the dress (it was ordered before I had a bun in the oven :) As you can see in the picture, I think Q's favorite part was dancing with Kim! Baby Bump!

I have been taking "baby bump" pictures every few weeks during the pregnancy. It always surprises me to look at the pictures after taking them, because it reminds me how quickly my body is changing (and how big my belly is getting :) This picture was taken about a week ago, about halfway through my 21st week.

Q was able to feel the baby kick for the first time about a week ago and I will never forget the way his face lit up after feeling his baby for the first time. So fun!!!

HOLLYWOOD HERE WE COME!!!!!

Bryn and I took Kathy to Los Angeles for her 60th birthday.... we had such a great time, we tried to think of any other birthdays/dates that we could use as an excuse to take another trip! Here is us on our "Star's Homes" tour!

Day 2 we did a hop on hop off tour where we were able to get the best LA had to offer! Beverly Hills was one of our favorites.... just as great as in the movies, we even were able to see a few places where Pretty Woman was filmed.

We stayed at Hotel Roosevelt right along the Hollywood Walk of Fame!

The last stop on our tour was the pier at Santa Monica Beach, Bryn and Kathy rode the ferris wheel while I "sampled" some cotton candy.... thank goodness the ride was over before I finished the entire ball of cotton candy by myself!

It's A Boy!!!

IT'S A BOY!!! Quentin and I couldn't be more excited! The ultrasound was so fun... we could see him squirming around and kicking his little legs. He is quite the cutie.... he looks just like his Daddy! The "I'm a boy" shot makes Quentin very proud as well! :)
